BTC Team Training will work with your Team's Coaches to address the initial team assessment results and any areas that need improvement. We will also focus on injury prevention while making the athlete faster and stronger. A healthy, strong team is a winning team!  

 

What's included?

  • The team will have access to 1-2 coaches, depending on the number of athletes.

  • Gym Access to our 30,000 sqft facility during the daytime hours when we are out of restrictions.

  • Weekly training overview to break down reps, sets, time period, specific supplements, advanced training variables, and hypertrophy mechanism through our training app.

  • A detailed breakdown of every workout with each exercise listing, tempos, reps, rest period, pairing, advanced training variables, and set up / execution tips.

  • Speed training, Plyometrics, agility training, deceleration method, conditioning exercises and more...

  • Training intensity, frequency, volume and overall training blocks tailored to the team and the athletes' goals.

  • Manipulation and periodization of training volume, rep ranges, advanced training variables, and frequency ensure rapid and consistent progress depending on the situation.

  • Biomechanically safe exercises and exercise selection. It is tailored to the athlete's body and age range, bone length and range of movement.

  • Downloadable PDFs for your iPhone or printable versions to take to the gym when your not training with our coaches.

OFF SEASON TRAINING

To keep up with each sport's evolving demands, we believe that it is essential that teams are training both in-season & off-season. Our programs work with the athletes in the off-season to increase strength, power, flexibility, and movement. Our focus is to develop their ligaments/joints, which is advantageous for avoiding injury and maximizing results.


IN-SEASON TRAINING

Our program focuses on decreasing injury risk and keeping the athletes at their peak physical performance during in-season while addressing any mobility issues. We concentrate on mental performance at the beginning or end of each session; These touchstones help athletes' focus/sharpness in the gym and sports performance.


INJURIES & ATHLETIC THERAPY

Our Strength & Conditioning Coaches are also Certified Athletic Therapists; So your athletes have access to a therapist on-site at all times. We also work closely with the most innovative therapy clinic around, which usually results in shorter healing times.
